Little Rascals Soft Play & Jumping Castle Rental Agreement

By confirming a booking with Little Rascals Soft Play, the client agrees to the following payment terms, rental conditions, and safety guidelines. These terms apply to all soft play and jumping castle rentals unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment & Cancellation Terms

1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Little Rascals reserves the right to release the equipment to another client until such time as the securing deposit has been received.

2. Cancellations made less than 14 calendar days before the event will be charged the full booking amount.

3. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure appropriate indoor or covered space is available in case of rain.

4. Delivery and collection fees must be paid together with the balance, no later than 72 hours before the event.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Soft play rental time is 4 hours. Additional time may be arranged at R100 per hour, subject to availability.

2. Soft play will be delivered approximately 45 minutes before the event unless other arrangements are made.

3. Delivery time will be confirmed one day before the event.

4. Collection will be 4 hours after the scheduled start time unless otherwise arranged in advance.

5. Soft play are designed for children aged 6 months to 4 years only.

6. No adults are allowed to sit or play on the soft play equipment.

7. No pets are allowed on any soft play equipment or jumping castles.

8. No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, crayons, or markers are allowed on any equipment.

9. All balls must be returned to the ball pond before collection. A surcharge of R300 will be invoiced if this is not done.

10. Soft play and inflatable equipment must be kept dry at all times. In the event of rain, all equipment must be moved to a covered area immediately.

11. Children must not use any equipment during setup or pack-up times.

12. The client is liable for any cleaning, drying, repair, or replacement costs resulting from water damage.

13. All equipment should be placed in shaded or covered areas where possible. Equipment may become hot in direct sunlight and pose a risk of injury.

14. The hirer is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement for any equipment damaged or lost during the rental period.

15. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the equipment.

16. Little Rascals accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the use of our equipment. Use is entirely at the client’s and users’ own risk.
